In the event that an incorrect address is provided and the shipment has not yet been dispatched, please notify us via email and we will promptly update the shipping address to the correct one. However, if the item has already been shipped to the original address provided, we are not responsible for re-sending the item to the new address. In the event that you receive a faulty item, kindly send us a clear photograph of the item along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you are found to be faulty or if they deteriorate in quality after the first wash, we will arrange for a free reshipment of the item(s) without requiring you to send the faulty item back to us.
